Well, I think Long Chicken is very good.

When it is full, ordering feels as long as going to a restaurant. Is probably also because 2 or 3 cash registers were dismantled. Drive in is apparently more important. They just close the door even if it's still officially open. Then you should adjust the opening times ... The ice machine is often turned off several hours before the shop closes on the pretext of a defect. Can happen but not several times, and that every week. The food was always very good except that the burger patties are sometimes completely crumbled into the burger ... (doesn't change the taste) But that annoys me as a customer enormously. Maybe that's because of the lack of competition? There's only one burger ring here. Corona is not an excuse in this case either! Oh yes, the employees obviously don't understand the principle of Corona masks, but everyone does! Folks this is not a chin warmer! But since it is the only BK you just go there ...

Nice staff who have never forgotten anything when ordering. The golden M is not so flawless. Burgers taste good and are well filled.

Attention is paid to the protective measures. Only the queue for the drive-in is understandably always a bit long. And waiting for the food always takes a little longer. (Even under normal conditions)

The food is okay, but the long waiting times for orders are really puzzling. Not comparable to other fast food chains that have faster processing.

Meanwhile everything takes an exaggeratedly long time with them and I don't even know how often I just wanted a shake, then had to queue for ages, only to find out that the machine doesn't work again. Actually, 3 is still too much but at least the food tastes good

I'm not there as often as I used to be. But it's still ok. During Corona, drive up outside and you're done.

Eating cold and not asking too many questions. The entire workforce wears the mask under their noses ..... PEOPLE then you don't need to wear a mask ..!

Unfortunately our visit was very disappointing. Corona measures were rarely implemented or not at all. Staff generally wear masks incorrectly, guests are sometimes behind the counter and the staff does not react to it. Guests who come in without a mouthguard are not advised of this. It's a shame. We felt very uncomfortable.

The young waitress took a lot of time. It was unbearable with the small number of customers. Serving two customers and obviously playing for time is not right. I went for what felt like 20 minutes.

I was eating here today with my family .... The citizens tasted like dead dog .... Meat was burnt ... French fries were dry. The only thing that tasted good was the drink. And the best thing was that we 45 waited for the food ...

Why is the fast-food restaurant called? No air conditioning, tables outside greasy, the return of dishes is overflowing, the entry lists are visible to everyone and therefore not data protection compliant ... Service for children very nice, but I won't be back.

If a new employee is trained, then this should also be supported. No one needs to be surprised that mistakes creep in and the queue gets longer and longer. I hope the new employee has many calm customers. Too bad, unfortunately the foresight here is missing, the company is left alone at rush hour.

Considering how full this place gets, they sure handle it with grace. Food's good.

We all felt sick for days afterwards and the food tasted off.

Actually, I always liked to go to Citizen King. Also because here the fries were bigger and tastier. I was aware that the chips I got here were anything but tasty.
